Diamond Valley College is seeking a Leading Teacher to guide the Years 7–8 sub-school, with a robust focus on attendance, wellbeing and engagement. You will coordinate staff, lead strategic priorities, and support colleagues through modelling, coaching and collaboration to raise student outcomes.

The role requires overseeing transition, curriculum alignment with VTLM 2.0, and data analysis to inform timely interventions.
