NSW Health's Fairfield Hospital Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 to provide clinical and operational leadership for a 24/7 emergency service, coordinating safe, effective and patient-centred care across the department.

Working with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will strengthen governance, drive workforce capability and ED performance while shaping the future of emergency nursing leadership.
