Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Hotel Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Ayers Rock Resort, Uluru. You will oversee Desert Gardens Hotel’s kitchen and its 20-chef brigade, ensuring high-quality, culturally inspired cuisine for guests in a remote, iconic setting.

This role requires robust leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach and knowledge of Indigenous ingredients. Relocation and onsite staff facilities enhance the experience.
