Ability WA invites a PBS Practitioner to join our well-established team, supporting customers and their networks in functional behavioural assessments and person-centred behaviour support plans.

You will implement plans, conduct reviews when needed and collaborate with an experienced Allied Health team in a adaptable, hybrid role based in Coolbinia with options to work from home and across hub locations.
