The Queensland Government, Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, seeks an Advanced Health Worker to deliver culturally secure care in Hospital in the Home programs across the Cairns region. You will engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, perform home visits, and coordinate referrals to health services.
