Key Responsibilities

- Advise on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, project finance, and asset finance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial documents and agreements.
- Provide expert legal guidance to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Liaise with financial institutions, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processes.




- Stay updated on legal developments in banking and finance law to ensure best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance law.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legal frameworks.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
