Olympus is a Greek restaurant in Redfern’s Wunderlich Lane, part of The Apollo Restaurant Group. We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager who thrives in busy service, leads a large floor team, and ensures every guest feels cared for.

You’ll lead the floor, coach the FOH team, collaborate with kitchen and bar, manage rostering and labour costs, and build guest relationships. If you’re calm under pressure, you’ll fit right in.
