Platypus Shoes is seeking a Store Manager for our Perth DFO location. You will lead a team of casual staff and an Assistant Store Manager, driving sales and KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities in a high-profile retail setting, coach your team, manage rosters, stock and visuals, and ensure OH&S; compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role within a agile retail group.
