Woolworths Group is hiring for a hands-on leader to oversee Proactive Services across multiple stores in Sydney. You will coach a team focused on cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

This full time role requires flexibility to work across early mornings, days, late nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and maintaining hygienic store environments for customers and staff.
