About the position:

Make a meaningful impact as you lead and support a team ofPayroll Officers responsible for the accurate and timely processingof employee payments and records. You will coordinate day-to-daypayroll activities, build team capability and help ensurecompliance with relevant industrial awards and agreements.

What you will bring:

- A strong combination of relevant experience, qualificationsand practical capability to perform the role.
- Proven payroll experience in a large or complexorganisation, with sound knowledge of payroll practices andprocedures.
- Working knowledge of the policies, industrial instrumentsand statutory requirements that govern payroll.




- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach and organise ateam while managing competing deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, supported bya responsive, customer-focused approach.
- A collaborative leadership style and a solid sense ofownership and accountability.
