Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering most departments and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead teams, drive service, sales and stock, coach future leaders, and ensure WHS and food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on retail leadership role in a fast-paced fresh-food workplace.
