CASS Care Ltd in Current South Wales is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the HAS team, delivering person-centred home care and leading clinical assessments, care planning and governance. You will coordinate with carers and multidisciplinary teams to promote safety, independence and dignity for participants.

You will support audits, incident management and continuous improvement while ensuring high standards of clinical care and compliance.
