Geely Rockdale is seeking a motivated, results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the continued success of our dealership.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strong automotive sales background, a competitive mindset and a genuine passion for achieving results. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving the team to achieve monthly volume and gross targets.

- Leading from the front and creating a high-performance sales culture.

- Coaching, mentoring and developing sales consultants.

- Monitoring individual and team performance and taking action to improve results.

- Ensuring a consistent and effective sales process is followed.

- Working closely with the manufacturer to achieve sales objectives and maintain manufacturer standards.

- Overseeing vehicle trade-ins, valuations and negotiations.

- Supporting the team through negotiations and closing deals.

- Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.





- Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to increase volume and profitability.

About You

- At least two years' experience in automotive sales and/or sales management.

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of volume, gross and sales KPIs.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Experience managing, coaching and motivating a sales team.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle trade-ins and valuations.

- Excellent communication and customer management skills.

- A competitive mindset and genuine drive to succeed.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership setting.
