Leichhardt café is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations, driving service and team performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee a team of about 11 across front of house and kitchen, ensuring smooth rosters, cost control, stock management and quality standards, with a hands-on leadership style and solid focus on staff development and customer satisfaction.
