Fitness First in Sydney is seeking a motivated Membership Manager to lead a dynamic Member Support Consultant team, driving sales and retention while delivering outstanding member experiences. You’ll lead from the front, welcome recent members, and energise the club with a high-performance culture.

We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission with earnings around the $80K+ range, plus a Platinum Fitness First membership and special recognition rewards.
