Buildability Group Professional Roles in Sydney is seeking a Maintenance Officer for a dedicated residential apartment building. You will own day-to-day maintenance across Mascot, Waterloo and Macquarie Park properties, with Monday–Friday hours and a secure weekday schedule.

You’ll respond to resident requests, perform preventative and reactive maintenance, inspect the building, and coordinate with licensed contractors while maintaining high presentation standards.
