About the role

Leading Member Services in Paraburdoo

The Member Services Team Leader will lead and support YAC'sMember Liaison Officers and coordinate the day-to-day deliveryof Member Services.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on making sureMembers receive respectful, reliable and culturally appropriatesupport.

You will work closely with Members, families, Elders and teamsacross YAC while coordinating enquiries, outreach, activities,transport, referrals and follow-up.

What you'll be doing

Leading people. Supporting Members. Keeping things moving.

Lead the team

Lead, coach and support Member Liaison Officers and helpestablish clear priorities and expectations.

Support Members

Coordinate Member enquiries and follow-up so requests areresponded to or referred appropriately.

Coordinate activities

Support Member activities, outreach, transport bookings,travel arrangements and day-to-day services.

Plan the work

Turn YAC priorities into practical team plans, workloadsand achievable day-to-day actions.

Build relationships

Build respectful relationships with Members,



families,Elders and colleagues across YAC.

Improve services

Use Member feedback and team knowledge to help strengthenthe way YAC supports Members.

About you

An approachable and practical leader

We are looking for someone who can support people, buildrelationships and keep day-to-day services organised whilehandling sensitive information with care.

You'll bring:

- Experience building respectful relationships with Aboriginalpeople, families, Elders and communities.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and solvepractical problems.
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience inMember services, community services, administration,management or operational coordination.
- A respectful and collaborative approach to working withMembers and colleagues.
