The District Nurse at Central Highlands Rural Health provides comprehensive clinical nursing care in clients' homes and community settings in the Macedon Ranges catchment. You will work autonomously within a supportive district nursing team, delivering person-centred care across CHSP, HACC-PYP and related programs.

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a commitment to improving home-based care, with a role that offers flexible schedule to cover a 12 month maternity leave, 48 hours per
