ACCORD CARE in Queensland seeks an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist a participant living in Redbank Plains with complex diabetes management and mental health needs. The role involves personal care, daily living activities, BGL monitoring, insulin administration and de-escalation of challenging behaviours.

You will work a mix of morning, afternoon and sleepover shifts, maintaining dignity and independence while following the participant's care plans and ACCORD CARE policies.
