Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 invites a Readiness Coordinator to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Readiness Manager, you will help plan and execute the Readiness Program, delivering exercises, simulations and testing activities across the tournament.

You’ll work with multiple departments and external partners to set up readiness activities, manage schedules and produce materials, ensuring teams are prepared for tournament delivery with robust stakeholder relationships and attention to
