Anthem Care is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the People & Culture team in Bowral, NSW. You will manage administration across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with the People and Culture Manager, Facility Manager and Department Heads to support staff and residents.

Key duties include recruitment, onboarding, contracts, HR correspondence, file maintenance, compliance checks and rostering support, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
