NZI Insurance in New Zealand is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the Commercial Sales team in Christchurch on a 12-month parental leave contract, office based.

You will develop and grow broker relationships, identify opportunities, drive profitable growth and partner with underwriting to deliver excellent service across broker networks. This role demands strategic thinking and robust stakeholder engagement.
