Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Readiness Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Readiness Manager, you will support with the planning and execution of the Readiness Program, helping to deliver readiness exercises, simulations, and testing activities across the tournament.

This fixed-term full time contract runs February 2027 until November 2027, with a hybrid work model at our Sydney CBD headquarters.
