The Fresh Collective is seeking a hands-on Bistro Operations Lead for Strathfield Golf Club. You will lead Bistro 18 service, oversee the Halfway Kiosk, and support events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll manage floor service, coach staff, handle bookings, and maintain service standards, presentation and safety. Join a growing hospitality group with solid development opportunities.
