Allambi Care in Victoria is seeking a House Manager to lead and supervise direct care staff within a residential setting. You will ensure day-to-day operations align with the Needs Based Restorative Framework and Case Plan/ISP goals, while supporting staff development.

This full-time role includes office days for admin, staff mentoring, and coordinating with the Therapeutic Specialist and Residential Coordinators to maintain a protected, therapeutic care environment for CYP.
