Ripple Effect Recruitment is partnering with a leading strata group in Brisbane to hire a Body Corporate Manager. You will take over an established portfolio, with a 50/50 hybrid work split and the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

Base salary plus super plus 40% of the additional service fees, typically adding around $30K to annual earnings, with potential to earn more as portfolio activity grows. Structured training and explicit pathways into more senior roles are provided.
