Novotel Newcastle Beach, part of Accor, is seeking a self-motivated Front Office Leader with a strong understanding of hotel operations to lead the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage rosters, resolve inquiries and complaints, coordinate with housekeeping, and promote guest loyalty through proactive service and effective use of our hotel management software.
