Employment Hero is a rapid-growing global SaaS company operating a Remote-First model. As a Financial Accountant, you’ll shape accurate reporting, automate processes, and strengthen internal controls, working with NetSuite and Zuora.

You’ll train the wider finance team and collaborate with IT and marketing on cost allocation and spend reporting. You will own month-end close, balance sheet substantiations, and variance commentary for budgets and prior periods, while driving AI-enabled improvements
