Rockwear Miranda is seeking a Store Manager to coach, develop and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and robust sales performance. You will lead by example, drive KPI achievement, mentor staff on product knowledge, and ensure visual standards and stock control are executed to maximise results.

Ideal candidates will have proven management experience, a passion for retail and fashion, and the ability to motivate a team to meet store budgets and KPI expectations.
