POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our Sydney flagship team. Based in the store, you will coach a 25-30 person team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and deliver strong commercial outcomes in a rapid-paced retail environment.

This role offers a negotiable base salary around $80,000 plus super and performance incentives, with opportunities to recruit, onboard and develop staff while ensuring store presentation and inventory accuracy.
