One Door Mental Health is seeking a Social Worker for a 6-month full time fixed-term role in Canterbury, NSW. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering brief interventions, intake and risk assessments, and coordinating care with stakeholders and support networks.

You will contribute to recovery-based practice, provide clinical assessments, and support clients and families while aligning with Open Dialogue principles.
