Mortgage House is seeking a Customer Support Officer to start in Customer Care (post-settlement servicing) and progress into a technology career through a 12–18 month internal pathway into Junior QA or Junior Software Development. The role combines frontline customer service with exposure to regulated financial services and contemporary Microsoft-aligned tooling.

You’ll work hybrid in North Sydney, collaborating with Settlements, Credit, Legal and Collections, while learning .NET, REST APIs and SQL
