The Criterion Hotel Motel in Rockhampton, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join the team. Using fresh local produce, the kitchen delivers modern, diverse cuisine across our venues and maintains a high standard of service.

Daily tasks include keeping a proactive kitchen operation, preparing meals on time, managing stock, assisting with menu changes, and working across all shifts in a busy hospitality workplace.
