Mercure Resort on the Gold Coast seeks a Duty Technician & Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small engineering team across 292 rooms, pools, and conference spaces. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, perform preventative work, and ensure operations run smoothly in a hospitality setting.

You’ll bring 2+ years supervising maintenance, HVAC knowledge, and robust communication. The role includes roster support with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
