CSR is seeking a Capability & Learning Specialist based in North Ryde to coordinate and deliver learning programs, design engaging digital content, and manage our LMS. The role reports to the Learning & Development Lead and contributes to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Australia and Current Zealand.

You should have 2–4 years in L&D;, HR or change, experience with LMS, and familiarity with Articulate 360.
