CIP FS Australia is seeking a Paralegal at senior associate level to join our Melbourne office. The role supports Australian legal operations, governance and contract management for CIP FS, SPVs and funds.

Under supervision of senior lawyers, you will help implement a dedicated legal, compliance and company secretariat function, spanning project pipelines and cross‑functional teams in a rapid‑paced, international environment.
