As Store Manager, reporting to the Area Manager, you will own it all, from the buzz on the floor to the numbers behind it. What You’ll Own

- Leading the pulse of the flagship as Manager on Duty, owning daily targets and floor energy
- Coaching, motivating and mentoring a team who love denim as much as you do
- Bringing the brand story to life through flagship-standard visual merchandising and presentation
- Partnering with the Area Manager and Head Office on trade trends, customer feedback and store performance




- Overseeing loss prevention, stock health and financial integrity, including register balancing
- Managing rosters, wages and shift planning so the floor is always set up to win
- Driving omni-channel service, from ship-from-store to click and collect
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
- Keeping everyone safe and compliant with company policy and Work Health and Safety standards

Who Thrives Here

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader, ideally in fashion or denim
- A natural people leader who gets a real kick out of growing talent
- Confident decision making, sharp problem solving and clear communication
- A track record of hitting sales targets and lifting store performance in a high-profile location
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Hands on, people first, and a little obsessed with helping every customer find their perfect fit
