SAP Academy for Customer Success in Sydney and Melbourne offers a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases, including mentoring by senior CSMs. You will gain experience across SAP functions, focusing on customer success, cloud solutions, and business transformation.

You will work in a hybrid setup and start full time from day one. Upon successful completion, you transition to a direct customer-facing CSM role in your market, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow
