Lismore Pub in Lismore, NSW is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and help lead a high-performing team. Working alongside the General Manager, you will help maintain consistent standards and contribute to the smooth running of the venue.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, support bar, food and accommodation operations, and contribute to reporting and improvements. RSA and RCG certifications, a hands-on leadership style, and weekend availability are essential.
