Neami National in Australia is seeking Peer Workers (PWs) who draw on their own lived experience of recovery to support others facing mental health challenges. Guided by Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and the National Lived Experience Workforce Guidelines, PWs provide emotional, social, and service support through one-on-one interactions, peer-led groups, and cooperative care.
