Registered Nurse – Hospital in the Home (CASUAL POOL)

Lumia Care (formerly Pop-Up Health) is growing our Hospital in the Home (HITH) team and we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver acute clinical care to patients in the community.

Now operating under national ownership, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation, creating new opportunities for our people as we continue expanding community healthcare services across Australia.

About You

You’re an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys autonomy,flexibility, and delivering high-quality patient care in the community. You’llbe comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a supportiveclinical team environment.

This role is ideal for nurses looking to pick up 2–3 shiftsper week, with shorter shifts available and the flexibility to start and finishyour day from home.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Currentunrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Acuteclinical experience highly regarded
- Demonstratedcannulation competency (essential)
- CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certificates
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Currentdriver’s licence and reliable vehicle




- ASouth Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance(or willingness and eligibility to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ifsuccessful, willing and able to provide evidence of up-to-datevaccinations and serology report

About the Role

As part of the HITH team, you will provide acute andpost-acute nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting positiveclinical outcomes while helping patients remain comfortable in their ownenvironment.

This role will see you managing a varied clinical caseloadacross the community while working closely with an experiencedmultidisciplinary team.
