About the job Join a leading national distributor of world-class heavy commercial vehicles. Based at their branch in Brisbane's western suburbs, you will deliver high-level technical parts support for some of the industry's leading brands.

Collaborating closely with internal operations and global manufacturing partners, you will troubleshoot complex component enquiries, streamline stock availability, and ensure dealers receive rapid, accurate technical solutions.

You will also assist in coaching network staff on electronic parts catalogues to enhance frontline technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical parts interpretation for engines, transmissions, and chassis systems across multiple branches.
- Liaise with manufacturing partners and internal teams to resolve escalated technical queries.
- Investigate parts availability, track backorders, and assist with new part creation.




- Coordinate shipment queries and order amendments with warehouse distribution staff.
- Guide dealer staff on electronic parts catalogues and technical search tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven background in parts interpretation within heavy transport, commercial vehicles, or heavy diesel engines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a clear, customer-focused communication style.
- Proficiency with dealer management software, inventory systems, or modern CRM tools.
- Sound understanding of engine and driveline assemblies.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across warehouse, purchasing, and network teams.

A rewarding package is on offer, featuring a base salary of c. $90k to $95k + incentives (OTE = c. $100k) uncapped and superannuation.
