InfraBuild Recycling in Hexham, NSW, is seeking a Leading Hand Fitter to supervise maintenance across a steel recycling site. You will lead a team of around 12, oversee repairs on shredders and heavy plant, and ensure reliable, secure operations with hydraulics and pneumatics.

You will drive planning, participate in toolbox talks, and uphold InfraBuild safety standards while mentoring trades and operators. This role offers shift work and strong job security.
