NOMAD Brisbane on James Street is recruiting a standout Bar Manager to lead our beverage offering for a landmark 2027 opening. You’ll shape an exciting, seasonal drinks program that celebrates Australian producers and iconic brands, while delivering warm, polished hospitality.

Working closely with our Group Bars Manager, you’ll build a robust team, manage invoicing, rostering and stock, and drive guest experiences through detail, leadership and commercial focus.
