P&C; Partners Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks a Financial Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the business. You will build and maintain dashboards, explain variances to stakeholders, and partner with department heads to improve performance.

The offshore team handles transactional work, leaving you with analysis and decision-support onshore. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, enjoy hybrid work, and contribute to month-end, statutory compliance and treasury tasks
