Ferrovial is seeking a Webber – Motor Grade Operator (Fine) for heavy civil projects. The role involves operating motor graders (some GPS/laser controlled), finishing grade work to spec, and maintaining equipment on outdoor job sites.

Requirements include solid English communication, ability to work on uneven terrain, and 5+ years in heavy highway/civil construction as a Finish Blade/Motor Grade Operator. High school diploma preferred; safety and teamwork are essential.
