Australia Post Group's StarTrack is seeking a Fleet Supervisor at Dandenong South on the AM shift to lead a 30-robust fleet of StarTrack and contractor drivers, delivering service excellence and cost efficiency in a busy, safety-focused environment.

You’ll analyse performance, develop improvement plans, and report insights to the Duty Manager, while building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering teamwork and accountability.
