Platypus Shoes Kingston is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of casual staff and an Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, KPIs, and coach your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-profile retail setting.

Work closely with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, manage rosters, stock, and visual merchandising while ensuring OH&S; compliance and operational excellence.
