Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Business Analyst with CRM/Salesforce experience to join the One VCAA portal initiatives. You will translate user needs into stories, document rules, and ensure traceability across requirements, tests and deployments.

The role involves working with product owners and Salesforce delivery teams to analyse processes, gather data requirements, and support UAT and adoption activities across educational stakeholders.
