BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Penrith NSW is seeking a Counsellor/Group Worker to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling and group programs for individuals, couples, children and families, to build resilience and wellbeing. You will work within the Community Services & Housing team with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those affected by Family and Domestic Violence.

The role includes engagement with local schools to support early intervention and wellbeing
